Area Attractions include the famous Stephen Foster Story, My Old Kentucky Home State Park, Maker Mark Distillery, Jim Beam American Outpost Museum, My Old Kentucky Home Dinner Train, Talbot Tavern, and Many other attractions in Bardstown about a 2 hour drive to the North. To the South is Mammoth Cave, Kentucky Down Under, The Corvette Museum and Plant Tour, Shakertown at South Union and "Riverview" in the Bowling Green area.
Hodgenville is the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln and his boy hood home. Lexington features the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland Race Track.
There are always many things to do and see in the Wolf River and Dale Hollow Lake area. Good food is to be found throughout this Cumberland Mountain region, folks are friendly and tell "Tall Tales" about the fish they've caught and the ones that got away.
