Dale Hollow is nationally famous for a wide variety of fish, including some of the best bass fishing in the country.  In fact, the world record for smallmouth bass (11 pounds, 15 ounces), was caught near Wolf River Resort & Marina, and the shoreline abounds in small game and waterfowl.

There are always many things to do and see in the Wolf River and Dale Hollow Lake area. Good food is to be found throughout this Cumberland Mountain region, folks are friendly and tell "Tall Tales" about the fish they've caught and the ones that got away.
